RT2501USB Throughput Improvment

Please install a QEF on 2007M6.

This QFE contains a EHCI driver pactch.
There is a registry "IntThreshCtrl=dword:8" for setting USB interrupt thread interval.
The unit is microframe(125us).
Ralink suggest you can change this value to improvemt USB EHCI driver response time.
